Tokens get used for the drawings for the laptop, gaming mouse, etc.
I followed the link trail through MMO Champion to some of the forums and the pet is not supposed to require any tokens.
So far none of the prizes really thrill me, but I’ll probably toss a token or two in for the laptop. If I won it I would try to trade it for a killer desktop.
And no, I don’t know *exactly* how you get the pet. The most common theory is that at some point all the registered peeps will get an email with a code that we take to a Blizzard website and trade in for a Blizzard code to turn in to the guy in Booty Bay. Apparently that’s how the game card codes and other sweepstakes have been done before.
So I registered and then I found out you get tokens for referring peeps. I did not know that. You referred me though so congratulations.
