My work computer is having issues so I’m falling behind.
School starts next week. One instructor has opened the class early. (Online classes are awesome.)
The house isn’t as clean as I would like it.
I have 2 dozen or more unfinished craft projects laying about.
Not to mention two novels in various states of editing. (Or being written, the second one has some skipped chapters and a missing ending.)
There’s the question of some 100 titles sitting in my Steam account.
And WoW and FFXIV.
And the entire Wheel of Time series sitting on my kitchen table.
In the middle of all the stuff from the master bedroom that’s being remodeled.
So what do I want to do?
Redo my blog banners of course!
Tir suggested that I need to add my FF Arioch to the rotation of banner images.
And I decided that would necessitate a new font, you know, to really set him apart.
And that got me to thinking.
I choose the font in my banners based on what I felt Arioch’s handwriting would look like.
So what if I updated all the banners to have handwriting unique to each character?
So far I have about 30 font samples pulled out just for FF Arioch… but I think I have a better idea of what the handwriting for my other characters look like.
I’ll leave Arioch’s banner and the standard title banner alone, but the other four are up for renovation and there’s a new one to be added (without the benefit of a model viewer).
